Naked.Moone charges 50% for cancellations made within 48 hours prior to appointment. There will be a 100% charge for cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your appointment and for no-shows. Please confirm appointments when reminders are sent out! Example of cancellation- If you have an appointment for Thursday at 10am you have before Tuesday 10am to cancel free of charge. Ex. Cancel from Tuesday 10am- Wednesday 9:59am we will charge 50% of your service Cancel on Wednesday 10am we will charge 100% of your service. Naked.Moone allows a 10-minute grace period.
